rel·ish (reh-lish)
1. a cooked or pickled, chopped vegetable or fruit food item which is typically used as a condiment.
2. to eat or drink with pleasure
We invite you to enjoy our house made relishes – created to enhance the Southern cuisine that we cook up daily in the kitchen. The relish might be sweet or savory, hot or mild, but it is generally a bold flavor that adds spice to the dish. Begin with Pimiento Cheese Fritters served with pepper jelly or Crispy Fried Oysters with green tomato tartar sauce. Enjoy our signature Relish Salad featuring three relishes – tomato & cucumber, corn and black-eyed pea & jalapeño or a Fried Green Tomato Salad accented with tomato jam.
Our menu is a celebration of traditional Southern flavors interpreted with modern sensibilities and incorporating popular food items. Try our Bacon Wrapped Mountain Trout with sweet potato hash or Bread Pudding made with Krispy Kreme® doughnuts and served with espresso kreme.
At Relish, we serve new Southern cuisine and we invite you to eat and drink our culinary creations with pleasure!
